How to Ride
Riding with Pahto is easy and accessible for everyone. Whether you're hopping on a fixed route or need door-to-door Para-Transit service, we're here to get you where you need to go safely and comfortably.


Services
The Yakama Nation Tribal Transit operates its program without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or the presence of sensory, mental, or physical disability.
Rules
The bus services, however, will not allow you to board the bus if you are highly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
Accessibility
Pahto offers Para-Transit services Monday through Friday for riders with disabilities.
Core service area: Para-transit service is provided to origins and destination within 1.5 miles on either side of a fixed route as well as a 1.5 mile radius at each end of a fixed route (corridors). Para-transit service is also provided to those areas not directly within the 1.5 mile fixed route corridors. but may be surrounded by corridors. Pahto does not provide service outside the boundaries of the Yakama Reservation.
Pahto Public Passage certifies individuals for Para-Transit eligibility in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. Pahto Para-Transit Service offers door-to-door service to those individuals who, as a result of their specific disability or health condition:

Cannot independently navigate the system without assistance, or
-
Needs an accessible vehicle AND they want to travel on routes that are not served by ADA vehicles, or
-
Their bus stop is not accessible due to physical characteristics of the stop

Hours
Currently, Pahto offers the following bus routes:
Route 1 and Route 2 (6:10 am – 1:25 pm);
Route 3 and Route 4 (11:30 am – 7:00 pm);
Route 5 and Route 6 (Seasonal Route 8:00 am – 4:20 pm);
Georgeville-Goldendale Route (8:00 am – 4:10 pm);
Saturday and Sunday Routes (6:50 am-2:35 pm) and (12:00 pm – 7:10 pm).
Para-transit services are available for those who are medically qualified. The fixed bus routes are available seven (7) days a week.
Pahto is closed for Federal holidays. No Service: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Hope for Life, Native American Day, Indigenous People Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day/Day after, Christmas Eve, and Christmas day.
